Dad and his friend.
This is a picture of my Dad and his friend. He thinks he was around 3 when the picture was taken. My dad was born in Scotland and lived there his whole life until he emigrated to Canada in 1962. He retired a few years ago at age 65. He was a millwright/machine fitter/maintenance mechanic from the age of 14. Dad, by the way, is the one with the huge delighted laughing grin.

I have a few of my dad... I always raze him that I'm shocked they had camera's back then! ha!
I gotta get a scanner.
I have to post anonymous because I don't have a blogger account. I love that old picture. It is a treasure! I collect old family photos.
