Tick Tock

Holy cow, it's been a week. Time has just flown. My friend Siouxie has been painting/decorating/clearing out her house this summer and we've been helping do all that. Hell I can find things easier in HER house than mine LOL. So this week the bank was sending an appraiser to the house and she needed help. So we spent a couple of days over there sorting things, washing curtains, putting stuff in the basement and generally just making the house look as good as possible. It worked well enough as they got the appraisal they wanted. Siouxie and Dan (her hubby) are trying to get ready for his retirement in December and she is NOT looking for to it lol. Dan is a great guy and I've known him since I was 15 (I used to hang out with his younger brother lol), he's been working at the same company (we live in Oshawa guess what company LOL) for 30 odd years but he's only 53 so I think he's gonna be bored outta his mind in about a month - He thinks he's never gonna have to work again lol.

Katie-o is home and happy as a clam that she never ever ever has to see that camp again lol. She was impressed that they gave her a bonus on top of what she was promised in her contract lol. Hey when you are 17, 100 bucks is 100 bucks LOL.

I've thrown my friggin back out AGAIN - I need to get the doctor to DO something about it cuz holy crap I can't stand this pain much longer. It hurts to stand, it hurts to sit, it hurts to lay down. *sigh* I wish I could wave a magic wand oooooo or maybe three wishes. I'd love to be healthy again - physically and mentally.
