Did someone say Zombie?

That would be me - rising from the dead - again.

My computer bit the dirt and well, not rolling in cash to begin with, it has taken some time to get back to "normal". At least I can read all about everyone on a brand spankin new flat screeny, wide screeny really really thin monitor - a gift from BT - and I ain't lookin THAT gifthorse in the mouth lol.

Lets see what else has happened in my little world of horror..... the usual assortment of colds, depression and back problems - sucks to be me sometimes lol.

Katie had her 16th birthday and she passed all her exams with flying colours - even bringing the History mark (that was giving me the sweats) up from a 47 to an 80. She's such a great kid that I look at her and shake my head with wonder daily. Now if she would only clean her room hahahaha.

Still haven't heard anything from Jamie ( he turned 19 this month) and I don't know if that's a bad thing. He hasn't contacted any of the rest of the family either and that kind of worries me. I just want to know that he's ok. NOW I understand the whole "nagging Jewish mother" thing lol.

My grandmother is 84 and still as spiteful as ever - she's not speaking to me now because - get this - Katie didn't put up a set of curtains my grandmother had given her. She's still not speaking to my mother and neither of my brothers call her with any regularity and she can\t understand why she's lonely. *sigh*

My parents spend 2 months in Florida and wonder of wonders, my mother didn't kill dad on the drive back LOL He can't drive any more after his stroke and he can get a little bit (hahahahahah) irritating with his non-stop driving critic.

My friend Annie still doesn't have a boyfriend but at least now she's not afraid of going out on a date - 14 years of celibacy has made her very nervous about the dating world.

I have some enormously funny stories to tell but I'll save those for the weekend. I'm sooooooooooooo glad to be back, I've missed you guys.
