Well the super and the roofing guys came to look at the damage. It was funny hearing these roofing goofs trying to get me say that the leaks were here before. I've lived in this lovely(yah right) townhouse now for three years and I've NEVER had a leak until these brain surgeons did their roofing job. Supposedly, the leaks are going to be fixed but what I want to know is if they are going to be paying me for the lumber to rebuild the bottom of Katie's bed - probably not but I can dream LOL.
No word from errant son Jamie since he showed up the other day to pick up his walkman. He was SUPPOSED to come back the next day to pick up his clothes but nada. I got a phone call yesterday from one of the programs that he was referred to and I told them that I have nothing to do with that anymore as Jamie isn't living here anymore. It'll be interesting to see if Jamie follows through on any of them.

Yes, contractors have a 'way' about them. Glad you stood your ground! :)
Jamie is just going to have to learn to live without anyone helping him out before he finally will realize what he's done to his own life. You've definitely done all you can do.
It'll be interesting to see if Jamie follows through on any of them.Sounds like a healthy attitude to me!
